Returns
Any time a product is sold online, the return policy becomes a very important part of the sale. We ask that all our prospective customers make themselves aware of our policy, just in case, to help avoid embarrassment or miscommunication in the future.

Returns

  • As all Redot Designs jewelry is customized and handcrafted upon receiving your order, we do not provide cash or credit card refunds. We do ask that you take the time to ensure you are 100% happy with your selection before you complete your order.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry you?ve received from Redot Designs, you may return your new, unworn jewelry within 10 days of receipt, and we will gladly exchange it for another item, or issue a merchandise credit. However, due to the customizable nature of our product, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Customizable items may not be resold, so this fee helps to off-set our loss of time and materials.
  • Before shipping your jewelry back, we ask that you call or email us with the reasons for the return, at which time we will issue a return authorization number. Please securely package your item(s), and write this number clearly on the front of the box so that we can process the return quickly and efficiently.
  • All special/custom designs are considered to be final sale and may not be returned unless they feature a manufacturer defect.

Repairs

  • All jewelry is guaranteed to be of the finest quality possible.
  • In the event that an item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you.
  • Although we do not guarantee against normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we will be happy to make repairs whenever possible. Please email us for a price quote.
  • The designer reserves the right to inspect all returns to determine the cause of damage.
Bottom line: We endeavor to ensure that all of our customers don?t just like the jewelry they receive from Redot Designs, but rather they LOVE it. If there?s a problem, we?ll do our best to fix it, but we do ask that the customer take every precaution to adhere to the return policy above, so that both parties can work together to fix any problem amicably.
