How do I know what crystal/pearl combination is best?
If you need to match your jewelry to a specific fabric or color, we can help. We have access to swatches from most major bridal/bridesmaids lines, and with the name of the product line and the color you?ve chosen, we can suggest a perfect color match. You can also send us a photo or fabric sample if you prefer and we can work from that just as easily.

What happens if my jewelry is damaged?
All Redot Designs jewelry is guaranteed to be of the finest quality, but sometimes strange things can happen in transit. In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will gladly repair or replace the piece at no cost to you. Although we do not guarantee against normal wear and tear or accidental damage by the customer, we are happy to make repairs when possible for a small materials fee. Please email us for a quote, or if you have a return that you wish to send, please see our return policy for information on the next step.

Why would I want to upgrade the metal on my jewelry?
If you are planning to wear your jewelry for years to come you might consider upgrading from sterling silver to 14K gold. Silver and goldfill are the economical choices, but silver will tarnish over time and goldfill may change color if you don't take care of it properly. If you are planning on your jewelry becoming a family heirloom, it only makes sense to invest in 14K gold. The nominal increase in price may well surprise you.

How long will delivery of my item take?
All packages are shipped fully insured via USPS Priority Mail (which usually takes 2-3 days within the continental USA), unless otherwise specified. Because all jewelry is customized and handcrafted upon receiving your order, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment of your purchase.

How is the jewelry shipped and what if I need to have the pieces faster then 2 weeks?
We use flat rate shipping of $6.95 for merchandise totaling less than $100 and $1.00 for each additional $100.

In addition to standard mail, we offer the following rush services:
Orders shipped in less than 2 weeks: + $15.00
Orders shipped in 1 week: + $25.00
Orders shipped in less than a week: + $35.00

What is your return policy?
All jewelry is customized and handcrafted upon receiving your order, therefore we do not provide cash/credit card refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we will gladly exchange it for another item, or issue a merchandise credit. You may return your new, unworn jewelry within 10 days of receipt. Before shipping your jewelry back, we ask that you call or email us with your reason for return, at which time we will issue a return authorization number. Please securely package your item(s), and write this number clearly on the front of the box. All special/custom designs are final sale. For more information, see our return policy page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase directly from our website with Visa or MasterCard. We can also accept personal and business checks, and money orders, but do require them to clear prior to shipping your order. To expedite your order, we can process your check over the phone for a fee of $2. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee.

What discounts are available?

We offer monthly specials which bring you a discounted price on specific featured sets, plus brides ordering quantities of 5 or more identical items qualify to automatically receive 10% off those pieces.
