How do I know what crystal/pearl combination is best?
If you need to match your bridal or bridesmaid jewelry to a specific fabric or color, we can help. We have access to swatches from most major bridal/bridesmaids lines, and with the name of the product line and the color you've chosen, we can suggest a perfect color match. You can also send us a photo or fabric sample if you prefer and we can work from that just as easily.

What happens if my bridal jewelry is damaged?
All Redot Designs bridal and bridesmaid jewelry is guaranteed to be of the finest quality, but sometimes strange things can happen in transit. In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will gladly repair or replace the piece at no cost to you. Although we do not guarantee against normal wear and tear or accidental damage by the customer, we are happy to make repairs when possible for a small materials fee. How long will delivery of my item take?
Because all jewelry is customized and handcrafted upon receiving your order, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment of your purchase. Once your order is complete, all packages are shipped fully insured via USPS Priority Mail (which usually takes 2-5 days within the continental USA), unless otherwise specified. The cost for shipping/handling is $6.95 for orders up to $100, and $1.00 for each additional $100. International orders ship for $30 via Global Priority Mail and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

How is the bridal jewelry shipped and what if I need to have the pieces faster than 3 weeks?
If you need your order faster, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. If our schedule and stock permits, we will rush your order for a small additional fee.

What is your return policy?
All bridal and bridesmaid jewelry is customized and handcrafted upon receiving your order, therefore we do not provide cash/credit card refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we will gladly exchange it for another item, or issue a merchandise credit. You may return your new, unworn jewelry within 10 days of receipt. Before shipping your jewelry back, we ask that you call or email us with your reason for return, at which time we will issue a return authorization number. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our only form of payment. PayPal allows you to use all major credit cards or your bank account for your purchase.

What discounts are available?
We offer monthly specials which bring you a discounted price on specific featured sets, plus brides ordering quantities of 5 or more identical items qualify to automatically receive 10% off those pieces.

What is your privacy policy?
We get annoyed with telemarketers and spam just like you do! With that in mind, Redot Designs totally respects your privacy as a matter of course. We are committed to protecting your credit card and personal information, we use secure servers for all e-commerce transactions, and we do not ever sell or share this information with any third party.
